Years. My poor husband used to just change his clothes when he returned from church; lately he's had to take another shower before he can be around me. He's had to quit singing with the choir too, which he used to enjoy, because he has become sensitive enough to the fumes that he ends up coughing instead of singing. Im in about the same boat with you in terms of VT. I'd rather not have visitors and I do a card route.

I'm so grateful that I can see Conference over and over again online. It doesn't replace fellowship but it helps. I actually miss the members of my quilt guild more than my Ward members. That's partly why I started my blog, to replace the sense of community I'd lost when I had to quit going to guild meetings and church. It's not a perfect solution but it's better than nothing.Magpie Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09930036522719103192noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5917284491920029058.post-78235987530767115362011-06-15T20:25:01.131-06:002011-06-15T20:25:01.131-06:00I am sorry to hear this too. I've seen it in my own ward in different situations.Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00496648051484771031noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5917284491920029058.post-1482972933832305622011-06-11T19:23:44.581-06:002011-06-11T19:23:44.581-06:00Becca, in sunny CA, where the rooms all have outsi...Becca, in sunny CA, where the rooms all have outside doors, it's not such a problem. The buildings here are designed to keep everything inside, so the air gets really thick with scent. I wish you could come sit next to me every Sunday (if I could guarantee it would be fragrance free). Love you.Beccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17865597024831917305noreply@blogger.com
